Here are some important things to note about shipments:
- If your wine can be left in a safe place, please put this in the order notes.
- If you prefer Australia Post, please put this in the order notes.
- If we do not receive delivery instructions, your wine will be sent Aramex (except for PO Boxes) and marked as 'Do Not Leave Unattended'
- Freight is the same for 3 packs, 6 packs and dozens, but when you combine 3 packs and 6 packs into a dozen you will only be charged for one dozen.
- We despatch all cases in your order together but items are often separated in transit so please wait one or two days before calling us if only part of your order is delivered.
- If all items in your order haven't turned up more than 3 days after your first delivery, please do not hesitate to email us and we will follow it up.
- We have hundreds of cases to despatch so we do appreciate your patience.
- We will hold pick up orders for a maximum of 14 days. Please let us know in the notes what date you will be collecting your wines.
