Wine House Hunter Valley brings together 20 independent, family-owned winemakers under one roof at 426 McDonalds Rd, Pokolbin, opposite Brokenwood.

Instead of driving between a dozen different cellar doors, you taste it all in one place, poured by a team who know each winemaker’s story and can steer you toward what actually suits your palate.

The winemakers you’ll find here include Silkman, Keith Tulloch, Mount Pleasant, Brokenwood, Margan, Briar Ridge, Allandale, Gundog Estate, Pepper Tree and First Creek, alongside long-established Hunter names and newer independent producers.

A visit can be as simple as a walk-in tasting at the bar, or a booked experience such as the Hunter Unearthed tasting or the Icon Wine Journey. Open six days a week, 11am to 5pm, closed Tuesdays.

Nowhere else in the Hunter Valley lets you taste this many independent winemakers in one visit.
