Pinot Grigio is the common Italian name for the French variety Pinot Gris. The wine is well balanced between fruitiness and acidity. The flavour is distinctive, complex crisp and lively. Crisp green apple and pear give it a nice crunchy texture.
Grown on the slopes of Mount Canobolas. Aromas of fresh fruits, spice and herbs. A delicious saline and stony spectrum and perfect with seafood. A bit of a House favourite at the moment.
This Vermentino has wonderful aromas of jasmine, white nectarine and a touch of warm spice. The palate is full bodied with flavours of pear and a crisp minerality. The ultimate food wine.
The Little Gem has an extra dimension of texture from the oaked component showing complex minerality with a lovely aromatic crispness that make it appealing as a young wine and indicates an ability to age for further complexity.
With aromatic hints of golden pineapple and banana over the finer perfumes of nectarine and peach, while the palate flavours combine juicy nectarine and tangy peach, yellow melon and fig fruits with a yoghurt-like creaminess onto a long soft finish.
