The grapes are from the Timbervines vineyard planted in 1968 on red dolorite soils. The grapes are hand harvested and fermented in new French oak puncheons using natural yeast and a high percentage of grape solids in the ferment. The wine has pure fruit notes of white peach and citrus, well integrated oak and a textured palate.
