The climate and grape variety combine to produce a wine that is delicately flavoured, bright and crisp in its youth but with careful cellaring, develops into a richly layered and complex wine. Equally at home, simply sipping with friends or perfectly matched to Australia's finest, fresh seafood, you're sure to enjoy one of the Hunter Valley's finest.

The fruit was crushed and pressed in the cool of the night to retain natural acidity and fresh aromatics. Fermented with a neutral yeast and bottled in early April to retain bright acidity and freshness. 

This beautiful Semillon shows the beauty of this classic Hunter Valley variety, packed with generous, mouth-watering lemony fruit depth, touches of chalk and lanolin, and vibrant acidity. An excellent current vintage Semillon whilst still rewarding those who cellar.
