Liz & Shaun Silkman make their Semillon in the traditional Hunter style: lean, unoaked and with a pristine flavour profile. At nine years, this Semillon is right in its prime.  Showing what Hunter Semillon is all about as a wine to age with some beautiful waxy lemon rind characters and deliciously long finish. 

This is a tightly structured Semillon with great persistence and mouth feel.
