(Dozen) In 2019 Suzanne & Ian trialled a new vineyard in the cool climate Hilltops region and made a little bit of everything to see how all the varieties performed. The result is this fun, experimental blend. It is predominantly Cabernet (55%) with Shiraz (25%) Petit Verdot (15%) and Malbec (5%). Delicious, full bodied and drinking beautifully.
