This release confirms the contemporary style of this new label. Characters of wheatgerm and lemon pith. The inherent minerality of the vineyard is evident and with only minimal use of oak there’s a crisp saline seam to this wine. It’s a lovely drink that has the acidity and balance to reward the medium term.
