A quirky blend for a quirky bird. Ian & Suzanne have a special affinity for the lyre bird and have made a quirky blend of Verdelho, Pecorino, Vermentino and Albariño to make a crisp, easy drinking wine. Delicious (the wine not the bird).
Albarino is a wonderful variety that is well suited to the Hunter Valley. Made without the use of oak, this is a riot of aromas and flavours. Spice and lime collide with fruit salad culminating in a delicious, crisp minerality.
Vermentino is an intriguing variety with chameleon-like qualities. Aromas of jasmine and white nectarine lead to a textural palate that is savoury, saline and vibrant all at the same time. A hint of toastiness, some zesty spice and a crisp minerality all add to the allure.
Grown on the slopes of Mount Canobolas. Aromas of fresh fruits, spice and herbs. A delicious saline and stony spectrum and perfect with seafood. A bit of a House favourite at the moment.
The fourth release of Pecorino from Ian & Suzanne Little and definitely the best so far. Loads of white flower, crunchy pear and that trademark line of acidity, perfect summer wine!
The Little Gem has an extra dimension of texture from the oaked component showing complex minerality with a lovely aromatic crispness that make it appealing as a young wine and indicates an ability to age for further complexity.
From 2025 Halliday Winemaker of the Year, Liz Silkman. The pristine fruit and flawless use of French oak combine to produce a delicious Chardonnay that can be savoured now or cellared for a few years.
From next generation winemaker Jerome Scarborough, this is a definite departure from the traditional Scarborough style. CIt;s chiselled with zippy citrus notes and a subtle line of oak. The palate has overtones of pear and almond with a lemon zest zippiness at the finish
