A traditional medium bodied Hunter Valley Shiraz.  Aromas of cherries and mulberries are layered over delicate notes of dried spice and toasty oak. An intense and fruit driven palate is long and persistent with beautifully balanced velvety tannins giving the wine great mouth feel and drinkability.

Cellaring: Drinking beautifully now, but will age well over the next 8 years.
