A rare but amazing Riesling vineyard in the centre of Pokolbin. Its age and unique soil and aspect produce a wine that is delicate with lifted lime flavours and a crisp green apple finish. Varietal lime and musk characters make this a deliciously more-ish wine.  

Varieties such as Riesling and Semillon are made in the vineyard. They rely entirely on the flavour of the fruit itself. The grapes are therefore hand harvested, carefully crushed and the free-run juice carefully fermented at cooler temperatures to preserve all of the delicate aromatics. The wine is then filtered and bottled as soon as fermentation is complete.
