Triggerfish 🐠 are colourful and feisty fish, and very protective of their young–much like the winemakers themselves. This wine showcases Semillon’s ability to produce a versatile range of styles.

Made in a sweeter, lower alcohol style, the fruitiness is beautifully balanced with a crisp lemon acidity and a subtle spritz.

Enjoy it nice and young with seafood (but watch out for the Triggerfish) or perfect with a hot, spicy curry. 8.5% alcohol
