The Viognier was grown in the upper Hunter ‘Two Rivers’ vineyard; the fruit is picked nice and early to retain natural acidity. The juice is fermented in a mix of tank and French oak and after five months of maturation these portions are blended together to give a fresh, textural style Viognier. Medium bodied and full of honeysuckle and stone fruit with hints of vanilla.
