This release is a departure from earlier vintages, with characters of wheatgerm and lemon pith. The inherent minerality of the vineyard is evident in this release, only lightly oaked there’s a sea-spray, bath-salt seam to this wine. It’s a lovely drink that has the acidity and balance to reward the medium term.
