Sauvignon Blanc is definitely a cool-climate variety and this was grown at a high altitude vineyard in Orange NSW. This climate gives this wine brightness and natural acidity with intense flavours of ripe lychee, passionfruit and nuances of honeysuckle - both classic for this variety and captivating. The fruit carries through onto the palate, finishing with a clean lemon/lime fresh acidity.
