Winmark Wines is an established vineyard in the Broke Fordwich area of the Hunter Valley. The 116-acre property is home to 28 acres of Chardonnay nestling below the Yellow Rock escarpment and capturing the mountain breezes and gentle undulations of the land.

The winemaking brief was to produce the highest quality Chardonnay possible with no expense spared on the best vineyard management, winemaking care and oak selection. 

The Winmark 2019 Single Vineyard Reserve Chardonnay has been meticulously crafted using only the best select fruit from the vineyard, picked at night and gently pressed to ensure absolute freshness. Post fermentation it was introduced to the finest French Oak for 12 months.

TASTING NOTES
Aromas of roasted nuts and butterscotch, with depth and layers of expressions of citrus, apple and honey melon with a creamy texture and velvet undertone from the extended lees contact. This wine will mature beautifully over time.
