Margan 2022 Breaking Ground Rosato
Made by Ollie Margan, the Breaking Ground range was developed to place emphasis on echoing the soils in which they were grown. Made from a blend of Pinot Griogio, Barbera and Merlot.
Pinot Grigio (planted 1982) at Saxonvale vineyard volcanic soil heavy in dolerite, no fertiliser, organic herbicide applied.
Barbera – Ceres Hill Vineyard (planted 1998) volcanic soil heavy in dolerite, no fertiliser or inorganic herbicides, Merlot - Ceres Hill Vineyard (palnted 1998) no fertiliser or inorganic herbicides.
