A super textural wine with extended palate length and weight. Aromas of warm biscuit and a hint of citrus. A rich and alluring palate, tantalising in its crispness, with orange, honeysuckle and gingerbeer-esk characters.
Pinot Grigio is the common Italian name for the French variety Pinot Gris. The wine is well balanced between fruitiness and acidity. The flavour is distinctive, complex crisp and lively. Crisp green apple and pear give it a nice crunchy texture.
It's slightly perfumed, slightly minerally and very tasty. With a richly textured palate and a touch of residual sweetness that is characteristic of the Pinot Gris style. Perfect white for salads and seafood.
We love Riesling so we were thrilled when David Hook started making a Riesling from the beautiful cool climate region of Orange. It's zesty, tasty and altogether delicious.
Racy and restrained, this Gewurz is made in the modern, dry style. It displays lifted aromas of musk, rose petal and lychee with delicious lime flavours on the palate.
This block is normally blended with Shiraz but in 2017 the juice was so delicious Ian & Suzanne decided to release a small volume under their Little Gem label. Made in a beautifully crisp, zippy style this is simply a lovely drink.
Suzanne Little was previously winemaker for Rosemount Estate where she was responsible for their range of premium Chardonnay. Her aim with the Little Gem is to make an approachable Chardonnay that is balanced and delicious.
This chardonnay is picked early to retain natural acidity and citrus flavours. Unique structure, blended with a small portion of unoaked wine to increase the fresh lifted fruit on the palate. The result of a 5 year discovery of Hunter Valley Chardonnay.
Silkman won Best Chardonnay in Australia for their 2014 Reserve in the Halliday Chardonnay Challenge and this vintage follows on beautifully. Very much in the contemporary style of Hunter Chardonnay; elegant, restrained French oak, lean mineral fruit characters, persistence of flavour.
