This perfect summer wine showcases the union between Hunter Valley Semillon and cool climate Sauvignon Blanc from Orange. The classic blend fuses the bold tropical and gooseberry aromatics so typical of Sauvignon Blanc with the mouth-watering lime and zingy acidity of Hunter Semillon.
Sourced exclusively from certified organic vineyards across the Central Ranges of NSW, this wine has classic Sauvignon Blanc characters of passionfruit, herbaceous nettle and fennel. The palate is packed with tropical fruit and finishes with a refreshing, zippy tang.
One of the first Pecorino to be produced in Australia, winemakers Ian & Suzanne Little planted this variety for its delicious crisp crunchy palate and its delicate pear and pink lady apple flavours.
Made by Ollie Margan, the Breaking Ground range was developed to place emphasis on echoing the soils in which they were grown. Made in a minimal intervention style and fermented in a concrete tank, this Albariňo shows bright aromatics with a juicy orchard fruit mid palate.
This wine is bright light yellow/green in colour with a clean fresh fragrance of pear and red apple. The palate is soft and rounded with a gentle texture and flavour due to the barrel fermentation and lees contact. The nutty overtones lead to a long lasting finish.
